You may not have noticed, but the old process to change your password on Solestruck.com wasn’t the easiest. If you’d forgotten it, you’d click on an option to have a new one emailed to you, and it’d be some random sequence like “dP1BY” (not exactly easy to remember, right?)
We knew you wanted to create your own password, something you’d remember, so we had to change things. After all, you’re the important one in this relationship. So now, if you forget that old password, don’t worry. Simply to go My Account page and follow the instructions as before. This time, though, you’ll receive an email with a link to a page that lets you create your own new password. Now, isn’t that much better?
