1. If you could describe your style in 3 words what would they be and why?
Eccentric, Unexpected, and Girly-Grunge. I like to think I’m toeing the line between looking crazy and being ahead of the fashion game.
2. What is your fave style that you are obsessing over this season?
Lipstick, I’m loving the bright and bold colors this spring. It’s the perfect addition to any outfit.
3. Which pair of Solestruck shoes are on your feet the most?
Depends on the outfit of course, but as of late the Acne Pistols.
4. As you probably already know, the pantone color of the year is emerald, what is your pick for the most MAJ color trend going into Spring/Summer?
The union of black and white. Color blocked, striped, window pane, you name it!
5. What is the craziest justification you’ve made for purchasing a pair of shoes?
My wedding dress was “under budget” sooooo…the Charlotte Olympia “Meredith” seemed like a must (6 inch heel, 2 inch platform, black white striped wedge with a bow? YES PLEASE!)
6. Which designer’s collection could you buy every piece from?
Simonetta Ravizza’s spring/summer runway blew my mind.
7. Who is your style icon?
I like to think that I march to the beat of my own drum 
8. What is your go to look for for summer?
Effortlessly cool with an extra punch.
9. Where can you be found these days after work?
Helping my husband with his project/flip house.

I’m a FAN

Recently Kelefa Sanneh wrote an extremely interesting article (read here) on Dapper Dan’s Boutique who created funk fabulous custom clothing for all of the emerging hip hop fashion lovers we here at Solestruck dig so profoundly. The pictures alone must just be enough to make you drool, we know we did.
