S/S 2013: PART ONE

Spring/Summer 2013 is KILLING IT. I’m definitely a fall girl (I love a good coat or oversized sweater), but this season is making me all too anxious for the next round of long, hot days. Here are some of my personal favorites.. part one:

Comme des Garçons
The entire collection itself is, of course, beyond amazing, but the shoes are seriously pulling at my wallet. Granny nurse meets studio 54? MUST HAVE.

Alexander Wang
Always a favorite of mine; black and white sporty with a side of sassy bitch.. go figure.

Jil Sander
I don’t care what you say, Jil Sander can do no fucking wrong, and this burgundy beaut is glorious. So mod, so minimal, so good.

Acne
Every frickin’ season- I die for Acne. It’s one of my holy group, the ones who never dissapoint. A satin platform loafer? JUST STOP IT ALREADY.

Louise Gray
The way she plays with prints is just so damn good, and this geometric wonder of a shoe is a perfect example. Although, even better than the shoes.. the sunglasses.

Balenciaga
Any throwback to a classic mod oxford and I’m smitten, but this heel takes it to a whole other level.

Carven
Sticking with the mod comeback (again), Carven made me like tweed again.

Junya Watanabe
This is basically like dream snatching, because I have dreamed of this exact sneaker. Perforated black leather and a velcro strap? D-Y-I-N-G for it.

Ann Demeulemeester
She’s one of the holy group, also. Her collection is like the personification of me in clothes form and these boots are a perfect staple.

Prada
Of course I can’t end this post without a prada mention. So gaaaauudy, but sooooo amazing. The mint, the girly (something I usually stray from), and the flowers- it’s Prada, people.
